SHARON SCHOOL PTA ANNUAL FUND
The Annual Fund is the primary fundraiser for Sharon where 100% of the money raised is used to support teachers and students at our school.

Where Does the Money Go?
ENRICHED CURRICULA
New books for the media center ($3,000)
Instruments, music stands, etc. ($2,000)
Field Trips ($18,666)
Learning A-Z program, Brain Pop, Reflex Math, Flocabulary, Near Pod and Scholastic ($10,000)
Art supplies ($600)
Science supplies ($350)
CAMPUS NEEDS
The fund provides Professional development for staff, marquee maintenance, website hosting, landscaping, playground equipment, safety officers, school directory, remind texts, agendas, new family information, Sharon Cares, Reflections contest and support for Pinewood Elementary.
OUR STAFF
The PTA provides $6,800 for our wonderful staff. This includes: Teacher Supply Classroom Checks, EOY Staff Lunch, Bus Driver Treats / Breakfast, EOY Ice Cream Party, Teacher Brunch, Gift Cards for the Compliment Jar, Staff Lunches, and our Staff Celebration Week.
EVENTS
The PTA spends almost $10,000 on events including Kona Ice, FLY prizes and PEP Rally, the Kindergarten lemonade and popsicles, the 5th grade celebration and June Jamboree!

Fill out the Annual Fund Donation form February 27th– March 3rd for a chance to win donor of the day prizes. Donor of the day raffle winner(s) will be announced the following day at 12pm.

Monday, February 27th
- Three 30 min. personal training sessions with one of Charlotte's best personal trainers, Arthur Pulley.
- One free Card My Yard for your family event or child's birthday party.
Tuesday, February 28th
- Four club level seats at a Panthers game.*
- Free family day pass at Inner Peaks Climbing Gym.
- Gift Basket containing wares & goods from local businesses, including K Traps tea towels, note cards, 16 oz tumbler; loaf of sourdough bread and hat from Team Rose Bread; 5 bags of Queen City Crunch.
- 2 front row seats to 1st grade school play for 5 donors.
- Principal for the Day for your child.
Wednesday, March 1st
- Four Charlotte FC box seats in the Goal Line Lounge East.*
- Free 1 hour of private climbing coach at Inner Peaks Climbing Gym.
- 2 front row seats to 5th grade school play for 5 donors.
Thursday, March 2nd
- Hair & Make-Up glam squad giveaway. Free haircut by Dhiran Mistry at The Carriage House salon, and make-up by Charlotte make-up artist, Catie Starr.
- Free family day pass at Inner Peaks Climbing Gym.
- 2 front row seats to 3rd grade school play for 5 donors.
Friday, March 3rd
- Reserved School Parking Spot for one year to donor of the day.
- $50 Gift Card to The Goodyear House Restaurant.
- Popsicle party for your child's class!
