Please note the following:

• Students will be visiting the book fair with their media center (specials) class. This schedule will be posted in the Eagle Eye and on the PTA website throughout April. Classroom teachers will also communicate this schedule to you.
• The book fair will run in the media center for 6 days. There is no online book fair.
• Please send any cash and coins for the book fair purchases in a sealed envelope or plastic Ziploc bag labeled with the child’s name, the teacher’s name, and the amount of money provided. Mrs. Thomas, our media specialist, book fair volunteers, and Sharon staff members will assist younger students with finding the items on their wishlists and with counting money.
• NEW: Parents/Guardians are welcome to shop with their child(ren) when their media center class is at the fair. (Siblings in other classes; however, will not be allowed to be called down to the media center.)
• Parents/Guardians may also shop during parent/guardian-only shopping sessions. (Students will not be allowed to be called down to the media center at these times.)
• Teacher/Staff wishlists will be available.
• Cash, credit cards, and/or checks made out to “Sharon Elementary” will be accepted.
• All parents/guardians attending the book fair will need to bring an ID and check in at the main office before heading to the media center to shop.
