Thank you for volunteering for the Sharon PTA 2025–2026 school year! We appreciate all your hard work and dedication. In order to transition smoothly to next year, please complete the End-of-Year PTA online form below by MAY 3^rd.

Only one form per committee is needed, so please get input from the whole committee prior to completing. The online form will be accessed by the new incoming committees for next school year. This information is invaluable. Please complete even if you are returning to the same role as we need to capture as much information as possible.

You will receive an email confirmation when the online form has been submitted successfully (check junk folder). Please note you may return to the form to add notes/files. Link will be in the confirmation email.
